Karen Suppes, LMHC

Karen Suppes graduated in 2004 with a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.  She spent time on staff with Youth for Christ working with middle school and high school students near Kankakee, IL, after she graduated from her undergraduate program at Taylor University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Her work with teens and families led to her interest in the counseling field.

Now Karen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois.  Karen enjoys working with children, teens, and their families, as well as with women’s issues.

With a deep and personal faith in Jesus Christ, Karen’s desire to give Gospel hope away is what drives her work.  Because nothing is impossible with God, Karen believes that all who trust in Him can find hope and healing, even in the midst of suffering.

Karen lives in Crown Point with her husband and four kids.
